We get so many inquiries from women recently diagnosed, often when they get their surgery dates — and they want this experience as a moment of reflection to say goodbye to their breasts.
The work we do being strength and resolve to many people and it feels especially important to hold space to celebrate.
I felt called to offer this to benefit a program that offers help to young adults who are navigating a breast cancer diagnosis and getting back to intimacy, identity & sexual health — all of which felt deeply aligned with the work we do here at Modern Muse.

We kick things off with a phone consult to look at open studio dates, personal style, comfort zones (are we growing them?!) and prep tips so you arrive ready to get embodied—no surprises, just confidence.

Embody It
Begin with professional hair and makeup, then during your shoot, you’ll be expertly guided through posing and body language and breath to get you out of your head and into your body.

See Yourself
Before you leave the studio, we get to go through the gallery of your images. This is where you might ask - "Is that ME?"

Stepping into an intimate photoshoot is a bold celebration of you. With strict digital privacy safeguards, fully guided posing, and personalized wardrobe advice, our private studio is all about your comfort, discretion, and shining confidence.
Will my photos ever be shared publicly or online?
Never without your consent. Your privacy is important to me. You hold the final say on whether any photo stars in our public portfolio.
What if I don't know how to pose or feel unphotogenic?
Most of our clients have never modeled before. I don't expect you to know what do to - that's part of my job to guide you through posing and body language and expression.
What should I bring for wardrobe?
You’ll get a comprehensive styling walk through once you book. We suggest 2-3 outfits. And our client closet in-studio is available to boost your look.
How does my session booking support breast cancer care?
Every penny of your October booking fee goes straight to a cancer support programs, funding vital patient therapies and recovery care.
Can I pay in October but schedule later?
Absolutely. Book and pay in October to make sure your fee gets donated—then choose an available shoot date up until March 31, 2027.
Can I bring a friend or support person with me?
Definitely! Feel free to bring along a friend or partner who makes you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.
